Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order from Beau’s Braai.

1. Perishable Goods (Food Items)

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns on our seasonings once they have been delivered. We take food safety and hygiene very seriously, and for this reason, all food sales are final.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing your orders. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@beausbraai.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Photographs of the damaged items and the packaging.

We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right, whether through a replacement or a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

In addition to our food products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom items.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

4. Exchanges

Given the nature of our products, we do not facilitate standard exchanges. If you have ordered the wrong item and it has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately at support@beausbraai.co.uk. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to place a new order for the items you require.

5. Your Right to Cancel (UK Statutory Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason and without justification.

  • How to cancel: Please notify us of your decision to cancel by emailing support@beausbraai.co.uk.

  • Returning the items: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

  • Important Note: This right to cancel does not apply to food items (perishable goods) once the seal has been broken or the product has been opened, as these are exempt for health and hygiene reasons.

6. Refunds

If we approve a refund (e.g., for a damaged or incorrect item):

  • You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@beausbraai.co.uk.
