1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We serve customers exclusively within the United Kingdom. If you are located outside of the UK and have questions, please reach out to us at support@beausbraai.co.uk.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During busy periods, promotional events, or seasonal demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

At Beau's Braai, we utilize a variety of trusted delivery partners, including Royal Mail, Yodel, DHL, Evri, and DPD.

Home Delivery

Shipping rates for door-to-door delivery are determined based on your delivery address, the total weight of your items, and the service speed selected at checkout. You will see the exact cost before you finalize your order.

Click & Collect (Evri ParcelShop & Locker)

We are pleased to offer a cost-effective and flexible Click & Collect service through Evri ParcelShop and Lockers. This service is available at the following flat rates:

During checkout, select the "Pick-up" delivery method to choose a convenient location near you. You will receive a notification with collection details and any necessary codes once your parcel arrives.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.

6. Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a courier depot, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

8. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for courier-related delays once an order has been dispatched.
